Back To Nature I:
Project: Interior or Exterior. Back To Nature I is a water-based alkaline paste designed to remove multiple layers of water- based or oil based paints . Compared to other caustic strippers on the market, it requires no paper covering, is faster, has greater coverage and is more economical. Back To Nature I is very effective stripping orange or red lead primers on metal. Surfaces stripped with Back To Nature I need to be neutralized with Back To Nature Neutralizer (an acid wash). Back To Nature I can also be used on masonry and porous surfaces such as wood and plaster to remove high builds of paint provided a test patch is done to ensure that surface can be properly neutralized and that surface will remain undisturbed (Back To Nature I may darken hardwoods, raise grain, potentially affect mortar joints and plaster). Back To Nature I can burn exposed skin. See Technical Data for specific information.
Back To Nature B*F*S (II):
Project: Interior or Exterior. An alternative to fast acting, toxic, flammable strippers. This environmentally friendly, biodegradable stripper contains no methylene chloride or caustic and can remove a few layers quickly and cost effectively. Compared to other faster acting removers, Back To Nature B*F*S (II) contains no methanol, toluene, acetone, or MEK and is non-flammable and non-combustible.
Back To Nature III-HD:
Project: Interior or Exterior. Back To Nature III-HD is the safest way of removing multiple layers(20+) of paint and varnish. It can remove most varieties of oil or water-based paint including latex, alkyds, enamels, stain, lead, lacquers and clear paints. It can also remove more difficult coatings such as two-part epoxies, urethanes and mastics. It can be applied by brush, roller or standard airless paint sprayer. Use Ready-Strip Wash Wash to remove residue and for clean up. See Technical Data for specific information.
Back To Nature Double Duty (VII):
Project: Interior or Exterior. Use Back To Nature Double Duty (VII) to safely remove several layers quickly or multiple layers of paint or stubborn coatings in one application. It can remove most varieties of oil or water-based paint including latex, alkyds, enamels, stain, lead, lacquers and clear paints. When speed of removal important, a 10 15 mil application of Back To Nature Double Duty (VII) will remove 1 5 layers in 15 minutes to 4 hours. 2) A 30-mil application of Back To Nature Double Duty (VII) can remove multiple layers or chemically resistant coatings in one application. Back To Nature Double Duty (VII) is more aggressive on difficult coatings such as two-part epoxies and urethanes and is better than Back To Nature III-HD on red lead primers on metal. Use Ready-Strip Wash Wash to remove residue and for clean up. See Technical Data for specific information.
Back To Nature VIII:
Project: Back To Nature VIII works like Back To Nature Double Duty (VII), but is also the most aggressive, safe stripper on the market. Back To Nature VIII is even faster than Back To Nature Double Duty (VII). Back To Nature VIII can remove even more difficult coatings such as aliphatic coatings, tough polyesters and some cross-linked coatings. Use Back To Nature VIII for maximum paint stripping action. Use Ready-Strip Wash Wash to remove residue and for clean up. See Technical Data for specific information.
Back To Nature IX:
Project: Interior or Exterior. Back to Nature (BTN) IX is an innovative, technically advanced "safe stripper" After application, the top forms a tough seal to keep the product active and moist in a sealed environment. By keeping BTN IX tight to the painted surface, the active ingredients can penetrate through multiple layers to the substrate. Due to the formation of the protective seal, the product "sticks" to whatever surface it is applied to, including verticals and angles, and will not wash off, even in a driving rain. This makes the product ideal for ceilings or steel structures such as bridges over water.
Ready-Strip Wash:
Project: Ready-Strip Wash Paint Remover Wash safely and gently removes the residue and softened layers sometimes remaining after paint or varnish removal. It cleans and prepares the surface for refinishing.
Strip-Tox:
Project: For removal of Lead-based paints. Strip-Tox is a safe lead paint remover that performs similarly to Back To Nature Double Duty (VII) on multiple layers of paint, but had the added advantage of rendering the lead paint waste non-hazardous for disposal purposes. Use Ready-Strip Wash Wash to remove residue and for clean up. See Technical Data for specific information.
Protect-A-Coat and BTN Exterior Encapsulant:
Project: Lead Paint Encapsulating Coatings. An alternative to lead paint removal where the surface is sound and intact. Protect-A-Coat Interior Lead Encapsulant & BTN Exterior Encapsulant have been specifically formulated to provide a remarkably sound and sturdy barrier between lead based paint and the environment. They are not recommended for certain high contact friction areas such as doors at door contact points, window sash liners or floors. Use Lead- Clean to clean or degloss gloss surfaces prior to application.
Extra-Coat:
Project: Specialized Lead Paint Encapsulating Coating. BTN Extra-Coat has three important purposes: 1) to be applied over lead painted surfaces and under an enclosure to provide an extra protective barrier, 2) provide dust control for items being removed, replaced, transported or demolished (job specific air monitoring required), or 3) act as a post paint removal lock-down.
Lead-Clean:
Project: Lead dust cleaner and paint deglosser. A special NON-TSP formula eliminates lead dust, the most common cause of lead poisoning. Lead-Clean is designed to hold lead in solution for effective removal.
Lead-Clean is also two products on one. For use prior to lead paint encapsulation, let it dwell longer and a special deglossing agent helps insure proper adherence.
